Description: Resolution: Firstly, an update of the purchase statistics has to be performed via the session Update Purchase Statistics (tdpst0201m000). This action will trigger the Status Processed field in the table ‘tdpur451 – Purchase Order Line History’ to switch to option Yes. If “Processed” is not on ‘Yes’ it is impossible to delete the order history. Thus the field must be set to “Yes” in order to delete the record from history. After that, you have to remove the data from the tables ‘tdpur400 – Purchase Orders’, ‘tdpur401 – Purchase Order Lines’. This is done by executing the session Process Delivered Purchase Orders (tdpur4223m000). In this session put the Delete option to ‘Yes’. Now the present data is deleted in the tables identified and it should be possible to delete your purchase order history. Important Note: Following tables are archived and / or deleted.
