Please follow the instructions while running correction program “Remove Reconciliation Documents” (tfcor9919m000) to avoid further data corruption .This program has to run by Infor Support only.
How will Data Corruption happen?
If user gives the whole range in input fields “Reconciliation Document number” and “Anticipated Document number” then this correction program will not check whether Anticipated documents got reconciled with respective Reconciliation document number or not. And it will deletes and updated whole range of documents in anticipated tables like tfcmg112, tfcmg110 and tfcmg111.
What will be the Data Corruption?
For Example.
User is having Anticipated Documents as
Anticipated Document ANP 1 is Reconciled with CAH 1
ANP 2 is Reconciled with CAH 2
ANP 3 is Reconciled with CAS 3
And user gives the range in the correction program as
Batch: 1513
Year: 2007
Reconciliation transaction type: CAH
Reconciliation Document Number: 1 to 2
Bank Relation: ABN
Anticipated Transaction type: ANP
Anticipated Document Number: 1 to 3
Step: 6
Mode: Test
Then the records for ANP 3 are also get deleted from tfcmg111, tfcmg112 and tfcmg110 but not from tfacp200 and tfgld102/tfgld106.
How to avoid this data corruption?
User should be careful while giving range for anticipated type, document number and reconciliation types and document number, He should know the respective range of anticipated Documents that got reconciled with respective reconciliation documents. There is no check in correction program to see if the anticipated documents given in the range have been reconciled by the reconciliation document given as input.
